APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Candidates seeking to enter the Institution must submit their nomination to the council in writing on the designated printed form (available from the secretary or download in Word Format or PDF Format), together with evidence of the nature of their qualifications and an outline of their professional career. The Council will then consider the application and approve the appropriate class of membership. An inscribed Membership Certificate is provided to all members.
COST OF MEMBERSHIP
NZIGE membership costs are comprised of these two components:
| NZIGE fee: |
Current annual membership costs (incl. GST) are $32.25 for Members and $22.25 for Associate, Graduate and Student membership. |
IPENZ fee: |
An annual IPENZ Service Centre fee of $42.75 (incl. GST) is levied against IPENZ members and members of its Technical Groups (including NZIGE) and other affiliated Groups. This fee is fixed irrespective of how many Groups the member may belong to. |
